About Areeb
Hi! My name is Areeb, and I’m passionate about helping students learn, grow, and reach their full potential. I’ve always enjoyed breaking down complex ideas into simple, clear steps, and I find it incredibly rewarding to see that moment when a concept finally "clicks" for someone. Teaching gives me the opportunity to make a real difference—whether it's helping a student build confidence, improve their grades, or discover a subject they love. My approach to tutoring is student-centred, adaptable, and supportive. I focus on building strong foundational understanding through clear explanations, interactive problem-solving, and real-world examples tailored to each learner’s needs. I use a mix of visual aids, structured practice, and Socratic questioning to promote critical thinking and long-term retention. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time to introduce concepts, work through examples, and address individual questions. I am currently doing A-Levels and have achieved majority A* in my GCSEs. I've also held experience in teaching maths to KS3 and KS4 in the past year. My lessons are suitable for all academic levels, from those needing help catching up to students seeking enrichment or exam preparation.
