About Josh
Hello, I'm Josh, I am 18 years old and achieved a 9 in my GCSE Maths, an A in my A-Level maths and an A in my AS Further Maths.
While I am very proud of my grades, like for many this did not come naturally. In year 9 and year 12 the first year of both my maths courses I was struggling a lot. Through the implementation of various strategies I managed to improve my grades and am now studying a maths based course at University!
Nothing would please me more to share my experience and help others reach their full potential within the mathematics world. No matter what level or what skills you possess, no judgement will come in these lessons. You are here to learn and I am more than happy to provide the teaching.
Working in the public sector for the last few months has enabled me to develop a professional attitude which I can carry over to these lessons. Of course that doesn't mean it will be like school, these lessons are individualized to you, if you have a problem with anyway I teach it, I am grateful for the feedback.

Preferably we will do the lesson online, over zoom, teams or any other suitable platform. I will share a PowerPoint and run through some questions, the theory and the real world application of each of the topics. The lesson can be on a pre chosen topic or am happy to just run through the curriculum/spec!
