About Aisling
Hi, I’m Aisling, an Engineering student at DCU with a strong passion for mathematics and problem-solving. I achieved a H1 in Mathematics, and I really enjoy working through challenging problems and finding clear, logical ways to solve them.
For me, tutoring is not just about getting the right answer. I enjoy helping students understand the process behind a problem so that they can become more confident and independent in their own ability to tackle mathematics.

Hi, I’m Aisling, and I’m a patient and supportive mathematics tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence in maths.
My teaching approach is focused on breaking down complex problems into simple, manageable steps. I understand that maths can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I take the time to explain concepts clearly and in different ways until they make sense.
I encourage students to ask questions and never feel embarrassed about getting something wrong. I believe that making mistakes is an important part of learning, and my goal is to help each student develop both their understanding and confidence in mathematics.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and can be adapted to suit the student's individual needs, whether they need help understanding a difficult topic, completing practice questions, or preparing for an exam.
I am happy to work with students at different levels and will adjust the pace and difficulty of each lesson to make sure they feel comfortable and supported.
