About Alina
I am a Dental Hygiene and Therapy graduate from University of Birmingham, and a currently studying Dentistry at Plovdiv Medical University. I have had experience teaching Maths at Kumon tuition centre, working there for just over a year. I have provided one to one tuition to students ranging from ages 7-18, with 100% satisfaction from the students and parents.

I always try to to adapt the lesson to the student and how they learn, from practice questions, verbal explanations, visual aids etc. Everyone learns in different ways and making sure the students I teach get the most out of the lessons, whilst at the same time motivating and making the learning experience enjoyable is extremely important. I like to have regular lessons with my students and structured lesson plans. Whilst at the same time if the student has any concerns or difficulties picked up in school, one to one tuition can help them gain that understanding.
