I treat each student as an individual, and because of this I adjust my teaching method based on the observations I make throughout the lesson. First, I start by explaining concepts and equations to the student and giving them a detailed lesson on the topic. Then I answer questions and make sure they understand everything. Finally, we go over practice problems to reinforce what they learned.
