I would like to know the students interest and proceed accordingly.My usual teaching techniques include 1. Knowing what the student knows about the chapter and releted topics. 2. Take into account the students strengths and weaknesses and then and only do I then proceed to teach from the absolute basics. 3. Once the student has cleared his conception, I conduct a doubt clearence session. 4. Then I make the student write notes in his own language so that there is no understanding problem. 5. This is followed by a write question answer session. It may seem to be long process but I can assure that by following this method the student will be able to to answer properlly in his exams
