About Richa
I am a trained English Public Speaking and Creative Writing teacher, dedicated to not only helping my students master the language but also empowering them to become confident, well-rounded individuals. My goal is to guide students in developing both effective communication skills and a strong personal presence.
While many may excel in comprehension, grammar, and basic English, true impact comes from knowing how to deliver those skills effectively. This is where I strive to make a difference—by teaching my students how to present their ideas with clarity and confidence.
In addition to language skills, I focus on enhancing their creativity, guiding them through complex tasks, teaching problem-solving abilities, and ultimately fostering a complete personality transformation. My approach aims to build capable communicators who are ready to leave a lasting impression in any setting.

As a passionate educator, I have been working as a Public Speaking and Creative Writing trainer at Planetspark for over two years, where I’ve had the privilege to blend creativity and teaching to bring out the best in my students. This role has allowed me to work with a diverse group of learners—from grade 2 students to working professionals—not only in India but also across the Middle East.
Throughout this journey, I’ve gained invaluable exposure, both in terms of teaching numerous students and experiencing my own professional growth. I take pride in customizing the curriculum to suit the individual needs of each student and their parents. My approach is rooted in thorough research, where I draw from credible sources beyond standard materials to ensure a deep and meaningful understanding for my learners. With TESOL training under my belt, I apply structured and effective lesson plans to enhance the learning experience.
I believe strongly that every child has a unique learning curve, and a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. My goal is to create interactive classes that achieve a 60:40 ratio, encouraging students to take the lead in conversations, building their confidence and communication skills. I also put considerable thought into creating an engaging hook for the first 5-10 minutes of the lesson to set a dynamic flow for the class.
Teaching for me is not just a profession—it’s a passion that fuels my drive to continuously improve and innovate. I look forward to the continued opportunity to inspire and learn alongside my students as they grow into confident communicators.
