About AJ
I’ve spent all of my life playing music. Since the age of 5 I was playing instruments, starting with piano. On my tenth birthday, my dad bought me a guitar, and I fell in love. Ever since then I’ve been playing in bands, writing multiple albums, and learning everything I can. I currently attend The Academy of Contemporary Music, where I have learned songwriting techniques, music theory, and music production. But at heart, I am a self taught artist and I would love to teach any of my students how to become intuitive and expressive with their playing.

I have been playing guitar, bass, and piano for 11 years, and have years of experience playing in bands, performing live, writing songs, and recording in studios. My lessons would not only be how to play guitar, but how to WRITE on guitar. I feel it is very important for aspiring guitarists to not only be able to copy others songs, but be able to tap into their creative side and express themselves in whatever way they desire.
