About Jacob
I’m a sixth form student who really enjoys helping younger students build confidence in Maths and English, not just improve grades.
I know from my own experience how easy it is for children to fall behind or lose confidence early on — especially in Maths. My lessons are calm, patient and tailored to each child, focusing on clear explanations, practice, and encouragement rather than pressure.
Because I’m closer in age, children often find it easier to ask questions and admit when they’re stuck. I break topics down simply, use examples they understand, and make sure they leave each session feeling more confident than when they started
