About Donya
My name is Donya, and I have a deep passion for biology, a subject I find endlessly interesting. After choosing biology as one of my A-levels, I am now pursuing a degree in neuroscience at university. I have extensive experience tutoring children of family friends, always ensuring our lessons are engaging and interactive. I believe that studying becomes truly enjoyable when students understand the material and can see their grades improve—a transformation I’ve seen many times firsthand. I stay up-to-date with all current specifications, mark schemes, and the best tools to help students achieve high grades, and I bring this knowledge into every session.

I provide focused, detail-oriented biology lessons that dive straight into exam preparation. After thoroughly teaching each topic, I guide students through past paper questions to help them become comfortable with exam-style questions—a proven method for achieving high grades over just taking detailed notes. I achieved an A* in A-level biology and have successfully tutored children in my community, helping them improve their grades significantly. Lessons are typically one hour, alternating between in-depth learning sessions and hands-on past paper practice, with additional exam questions assigned for homework.
