About Farhan
Hi! My name is Farhan Vohra, and I am a 2nd year undergraduate at the University of Surrey studying BSc Economics and Finance who is passionate about studying and helping others succeed. Throughout my studies, I have liked explaining challenging topics to friends and classmates, which prompted me to begin tutoring.
As a student myself, I understand the difficulties that students encounter and can explain things in a way that is straightforward, relatable, and easy to understand. My goal is to assist students gain confidence, increase their comprehension, and achieve their academic objectives in a helpful and encouraging environment.

As a current student, I am aware of how difficult it may be to learn new material and get ready for tests. My goal is to establish a welcoming, encouraging, and supportive environment where students can ask questions and study at their own pace.
I concentrate on breaking complex subjects down into smaller, more achievable steps and presenting them in a straightforward, understandable manner. Throughout the course, I encourage students to ask questions and modify my explanations to fit their preferred method of learning.
Although shorter or longer sessions can be scheduled based on the requirements and objectives of the student, lessons are normally 60 minutes.
While I am new to tutoring, I am a committed student with a thorough understanding of the areas I teach. As a student myself, I am familiar with current learning methods, exam strategies, and the frequent challenges that students experience. I am patient, well-prepared, and dedicated to assisting pupils in developing their confidence and academic skills.
My courses are appropriate for GCSE and A Level students who require additional assistance with their academics, homework, or test preparation.
