About Johan
I am passionate about learning and teaching math. In high school, I tutored other high school students through Algebra I through precalculus, and I have never earned less than an A in a math course. I also passed every AP math exam that I took, demonstrating a good understanding of the concepts. Those experiences taught me how to teach tough ideas in math. When you work with me, you will be taught with clarity and patience, and the results should show on the exams that you take.

My teaching methods include guiding students rather than to lecture them about math. My lesson plan would begin with reviewing prior units, quick recap of what the goal for the day is, guided practice, reflection, and an exit ticket. The lessons would be specifically made for high school students taking precalculus.
