About Jazz
Hello! My name is Jazz and I go to school in Concord, NC! I have played trumpet for over 8 years and I have been in a competitive and successful marching band that is top in the state and has traveled to Washington DC, Western Carolina, New Orleans, and next year they are performing in Dublin Ireland! I am an AB Honor roll student and I also have nannied and babysat for 4 years now! If you are looking for a responsible and hard-working tutor you found one right here!

Teaching Method & Techniques
* Focus on strong fundamentals: breath support, embouchure, and articulation
* Use demonstration and play-along learning to model sound and techniques
* Incorporate warm-ups, scales, and musical interpretation in every lesson

Typical Lesson Plan
1. Warm-up (long tones, lip slurs, breathing exercises)
2. Scales and technical exercises
3. Work on school band music, solos, or audition pieces
4. Technique focus (range, articulation, endurance, etc.)
5. Quick recap and practice goals for the week
