About Georgie

Hi I’m Georgie. When I was a student I had a couple of tutors for A-levels who really helped me when I couldn’t understand something from in class. These lessons gave me more confidence and meant that I was able to achieve my best. I have been a teacher since I was 16, first with swimming, then music, then French and now science. It is something I am very passionate about and I enjoy working with all of my students.

About the lesson

All my lessons are individually adapted for each student, this ensures they not only learn the most information they can but also in a way that is most effective for them. Teaching and understanding content is important but I like to include exam style practice to ensure not only understanding but also the ability to answer best to fit the mark scheme.

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the students of Georgie.

Georgie's response
Imogen picks up content really quickly and is able to then apply this new knowledge to exam style questions effectively. There were a few errors regarding unit conversions and rearranging equations. But that comes with more practice and confidence with maths style questions. She overall did really well and was a pleasure to tutor :)
