About John
Hello! My name is John Crossley, and I am passionate about helping students excel in mathematics and science. I am currently completing my undergraduate degree in Applied Chemistry and Applied Math & Physics at Southern Cross University. I've had 3-4 years of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of guiding many peers and younger students towards achieving their academic goals. My Approach: I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the right support and resources. My tutoring sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, focusing on building a solid understanding of fundamental concepts while also addressing specific areas for improvement. I strive to make lessons engaging and interactive, fostering an environment where students feel confident to ask questions and learn from their mistakes. Qualifications: - currently completing a double major in Applied Chemistry and Applied Math & Physics - 3-4 years of experience tutoring mathematics, music and science - Attended many prestigious science programs (LIYSF, NYSF) Teaching Philosophy: My teaching philosophy is centered around the idea that learning should be both enjoyable and meaningful. I am an undergraduate student at Southern Cross university, I am currently double majoring in Applied Chemistry and Applied Maths & Physics which has provided me with a strong foundation in both the subject matter and educational techniques.
I have attended many different prestigious science events over my schooling, such as the London International science forum and the national science forum

I have 3-4 years of experience tutoring students in mathematics and music at both primary and high school levels.
