I am a current philosophy and politics A-level student with a grade 9 in religious studies. I am available to teach religious studies (short course, Edexcel) or KS2-level religious studies.

About Ogechi
Hey,
I'm a first-year A-level student with a passion for theology and all things religion. I find interest in trying to discover the truth through questions like is there an afterlife? what is it like and how do I get there? I enjoy watching/reading about the different beliefs and their different stances. By exposing myself to such a range of beliefs it causes me to delve into different histories and cultures once again causing me to be much more open-minded.

*When getting to understand these kinds of subjects I found it can be quite hard to process as you're getting to know, understand, and tolerate different beliefs. Therefore I think establishing your opinion and testing the contrast between yours and another person's through things like debate are not only fun but crucial to progression not just academically but socially too.
*I would like sessions to be around one hour as it's a long enough time to get invested in learning but short enough to avoid burnout or a breakdown in concentration.
*I have taught content to cousins and family friends and with good reviews I've decided to expand the number of people I tutor :)
*I would say that my lessons are for anyone under the age of 16 but once at GCSE level someone who is doing short course religious studies with Edexcel.
