About Christella
Hi! I’m Christella — a university student studying Law, who’s passionate about helping GCSE students grow in confidence and actually enjoy English! I know what it feels like to struggle a bit at first — I got a 5 in my English Literature GCSE, but later went on to achieve a B in English Language and Literature A level. That journey taught me how much difference the right support, mindset, and guidance can make — and that’s exactly what I bring to my lessons. I’m super positive, patient, and always ready to cheer my students on. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and truly get it — all while having a bit of fun along the way!

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. My English lessons are all about helping GCSE students feel confident, understand clearly, and actually enjoy the subject — yes, even Shakespeare! I create a warm, supportive space where you can ask anything (no silly questions here!) and learn at your own pace. Whether you need help with essay writing, analysing poetry, improving your grammar, or just getting to grips with exam technique, I’ll guide you step by step until it clicks. Every lesson is personalised to you — your goals, your strengths, and what you find tricky. I like to mix in creative examples, real exam practice, and a few fun activities to keep things engaging and relatable. My aim is to help you walk into your English exams feeling prepared, proud, and positive. Together, we’ll turn those “I don’t get this” moments into “I’ve got this!” moments.
