About Kristine
I’m Kristine, I am currently a doctoral student at Parker University studying chiropractic. I enjoy being able to share my knowledge and background in medical science as well as biology with upcoming students who want to have a better understanding of what they need to learn. I get it, I grew up with ADHD and I’m dyslexic as all get up at times. And that doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m doing. It just means I learned a different way. Understanding that my brain may not function the way everyone else’s does is what makes me unique, but it also helps me help others who are struggling with the same challenges.

Someone who struggled with learning disabilities most of my life, having a better understanding and a different way to learn isn’t always a bad thing. Just because your teacher expects you to learn things one way doesn’t mean there’s not a different way that you can get to the same point. Targeting what you need to know and how you get there is entirely up to you. We all have the capacity to learn. We just all do it in different ways. It took me forever to figure out the muscles of the spine as well as the innervation as well as the muscular insertion and origin, I’m still learning and I’m halfway through my program, but never fear. We can figure out ways to help you understand better and get you to where you need to go.
