Ash has been one of my main preceptors here in the cticu. She has done above phenomenal in guiding me through orientation and enhancing my critical care thinking/analysis. She is the best at teaching you in a way that matches your learning style and in a manner that truly helps you understand material you never understood in nursing school. Ash currently has an MSN degree and is almost done with NP school so she is beyond competent in teaching you about topics such as patho, pharm, critical care, etc. If you need assistance in learning fluid/electrolyte imbalances and shifts, she's your go-to girl!

Literally the smartest person I’ve ever met! I have been working with Ash for 2 years now and would not be where I am at in my career without her. She is beyond trustworthy and knows the ins and outs of everything nursing. The details she knows about things is absolutely incredible. She will be the best tutor for you, as she was for me throughout nursing school!

Ash is incredibly smart and explains medical pathology in great detail. She is one of the most knowledgeable nurses I have ever met and helps you understand complex processes in simple ways. She precepted me in the CTICU and I learned more in our 12 weeks together than I had in 3 previous years of being a nurse. She has precepted other nurses in our unit and inspires them to be passionate about nursing, while truly understanding the patho behind every disease.
