About Akshara
I am a university student who enjoys working with children and helping them learn in a fun and encouraging way. I believe that learning at a young age should be enjoyable, not stressful. I want to teach primary school kids because I enjoy seeing their curiosity grow and their confidence build when they finally understand something. I hope to create a safe and positive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and enjoy learning.

I believe young children learn best when lessons are fun, interactive, and engaging. I use games, stories, visuals, and simple real-life examples to explain concepts. I encourage students to ask questions, think aloud, and learn by doing rather than memorising. I also adjust my teaching pace based on each child’s learning style. Each lesson is 1 hour long. Lessons would consist of short warm-up to revise past topics, fun and interactive teaching of new concepts, practice through games, worksheets, or mini activities and quick recap at the end to reinforce learning.
