About Zad
As a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management with more than 60 units in Bachelor of Science in Biology, I bring an interdisciplinary background that allows me to teach students using both practical and academic approaches. My education has developed my communication, organization, research, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which I believe are essential in creating an effective and engaging online learning experience.
My goal as an online tutor is not simply to provide students with the correct answers. I want to help them understand concepts, develop confidence, and learn how to apply their knowledge independently.

My Approach as an Online Tutor
As a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management with more than 60 units in Bachelor of Science in Biology, my goal as an online tutor is not simply to provide students with the correct answers. I understand that tutoring is not about demonstrating how much the tutor knows. It is about helping the student understand what they are learning. I strive to be patient, approachable, organized, and encouraging. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and trying again.

My philosophy as an online tutor is:
"Understand first, memorize second."
I believe students learn better when they understand why something works rather than simply memorizing information for an examination.
I will create a learning environment where students can ask questions without fear, learn from their mistakes, and gradually become more independent learners.
With my background in Tourism Management, Biology coursework, communication, organization, and practical experience, I aim to make lessons clear, engaging, relevant, and enjoyable.
My ultimate goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to help them develop confidence, curiosity, critical thinking, and a genuine interest in learning.
