About Nohely
I am a Nationally Certified Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor based in San Antonio. I specialize in Yang-style Tai Chi, therapeutic Qigong, and functional wellness. My approach blends traditional internal arts with modern health education to help students feel better, move better, and live with more balance and calm.
I teach in English and Spanish and enjoy working with adults, seniors, beginners, and students seeking mind–body practices.

My Tai Chi & Qigong lessons focus on mind–body wellness, improving balance, posture, flexibility, mobility, and reducing stress and anxiety. I teach traditional Yang-style Tai Chi and Qigong for energy cultivation, paired with modern stress-reduction and mobility training.
Lessons include:
Breathwork for nervous system health
Gentle joint mobility & warm-ups
Standing Qigong practice for balance & Qi flow
Step-by-step Tai Chi form instruction
Cool-down & integration for grounding
I can customize lessons for:
