  • 1) When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

I first developed an interest in Technology when I received my first computer at age 6-7 (2007 or 2008). A few years pass and I first heard about Bitcoin, and the rest is history. I have been involved in it every single day since, and have been trying to develop a product that will help change the world and make it a more efficient, and well connected place.
  • 2) Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).

I love discussing Technology and Cryptocurrency, those are my two main subjects. I run a small business tech service/IT company, prioritizing Healthcare and government/state businesses. I love helping people, as it is what I do every day. I have patience and the knowledge to know exactly what tools and phase a person should be taught what, and when to begin teaching and elevating to a new subject or the next step. I love helping new, not so "tech-savy" people learn how to use technology in their every day lives. I love talking about cryptocurrency events that are currently happening in real life, such as why current phases will pump, and other cycles dump, and what moments and indicators to prepare for. I love helping people learn how to stay safe online. I also love helping people retrieve lost or stolen cryptocurrency funds, but I don't like when people expect me to help them retrieve all of their funds after they have gotten themselves into a mess for my typical hourly price. This type of service I do offer, but it is not a lesson, it is typically a different rate, not hourly.
  • 3) Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

I did not have one, I had many. Too many that I couldn't even give you one name because I don't want to persuade any bias. I grew up on YouTube, I dropped out of college due to a surgery recovery my first month of freshmen, and went to online college to gain college hours and certifications at MIT and Harvard. I love learning from all different types of people, as everyone's learning and listening style is different, you can learn something new simply from just allowing yourself to listen to someone you wouldn't typically allow yourself to learn from.
  • 4) What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?

In order to be a great tutor, you need to be patient. That is one of, if not the most important quality to have. The next two, right next to patience is positivity and self-assurance. Many people I teach and have learned with throughout my years, don't realize the most amazing people in the world, were all just like every other person at one point in their lives. You CAN and WILL learn what you want to, each new day may feel like a new tip of the iceberg, but your brain will allow yourself to make sense of it at some time. It will all come together and make sense if you try and believe in yourself. Patience is the key.
  • 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

I have helped numerous people retrieve hundreds of thousands of dollars, and stay safe from loosing themselves lifetime amounts of money. Nothing feels better than being able to help someone get their money back or save them from the future loss. I have countless stories of hopping on a call with someone who has no idea that the website they're using is a major scam, and helping them send thousands of dollars in cryptocurrency off of the scam website, to save their funds.
  • 6) What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

Cryptocurrency and technology are both so new, it is ever changing each day. One struggle is being able to keep up with the demand of what some Users want to learn or do online. Sometimes a new student will ask to learn something that I just heard about for the first time a few days ago. I am always very interested in learning and filling the student in with what I learn, but it becomes extremely competitive and difficult to keep up with the demand in what new people want to learn.
  • 7) Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?

My passion is helping people and any living thing. I am a huge animal person, and above/tied with that, I love people too. Its what I wake up and do every day, I am dedicated to making sure people are happy and safe online, and are capable of doing their jobs, and making it easier in any way I can.
  • 8) What makes you a Superprof (besides answering this interview questions :-P)?

I am a Superprof because I go above and beyond in saving the day/lesson (no pun intended lol). I treat each student as the human they are, and put them first. I understand the feeling of trying to learn something for the first time, and the depression of losing money or being scammed/hacked online. I have been there, and have been using my experiences to better other peoples lives. I am extremely happy doing so, and hope to keep meeting and teaching more amazing new people every day!
