About Manuela
Business economist with 10 years of professional experience as a seminar organizer, has been running the coaching enterprise "The Walking Guru" for 20 years, specializing in personal development, health, fitness and more joy in life. Life is change. It can be fun! Depending on the situation, company training and individual coaching include elements from improvisation, modeling, acting, hypnotic writing, dreaming and gentle outdoor sports: walking, hiking, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga or slack-lining. Individual trainings take place while walking in nature, to inspire body, mind and soul - coaching is especially done by phone. You learn to push and apply your own strength.

My coaching is based on awareness training. You will learn to appreciate your own facets better, to recognize what is still suitable and what is not and how you treat yourself more lovingly in order to work for you instead of against you. Philosophy: If you are well, you have the best influence on your environment.
