About Kahina
With 9 years of flute teaching experience and over 150 students guided, I am dedicated to helping learners of all levels achieve their musical goals. I focus on building strong technical skills—breath control, tone, finger agility, and rhythm—while fostering creativity, improvisation, and expressive playing.
Lessons are personalised to the student’s learning style and objectives, ensuring consistent progress and engagement. I also cover sight-reading, music theory, and performance preparation, giving students a complete musical education. My mission is to help students grow into confident, skilled, and inspired flautists.

My flute teaching methodology is designed to provide a flexible, collaborative, and supportive learning experience. I start by understanding each student’s learning style and tailoring lessons to their strengths, pace, and musical interests. This ensures that lessons are engaging, effective, and enjoyable.
Flexibility allows me to adapt exercises, repertoire, and practice techniques according to the student’s progress and goals. Collaboration is emphasised through duets, ensemble practice, and group activities, helping students build confidence, musical expression, and teamwork. Positivity guides every lesson, creating a nurturing environment where students feel inspired to explore, experiment, and celebrate achievements.
In addition to flute instruction, I include music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This methodology balances technical development with creative expression, helping students grow into confident, expressive, and versatile musicians.
