About Faisal
I bring experience from both professional creative industries and education.
I have worked for more than 15 years across creative direction, motion design, advertising, broadcast, digital products and creative technology, including work connected with Wondershare Filmora, Disney, National Geographic, Discovery and CNA.
I have also taught at university level, mentored students, conducted workshops, reviewed portfolios and creative projects, and participated as a jury member in art and design institutions.
This combination allows me to evaluate work from both perspectives: how a student develops creatively and how an employer, Creative Director or industry professional evaluates that work.

These sessions are designed for students, interns, recent graduates, career changers and working creatives who need professional guidance on entering or progressing within the creative industry.
I can help with portfolio and showreel reviews, resume feedback, internship preparation, career direction, interview preparation, portfolio presentations, project critique and professional development.
Rather than giving generic career advice, I review your actual work, strengths and goals and help identify what needs improvement, what should be removed, what should be developed further and how to present yourself more effectively to employers and clients.
The goal is to help you become genuinely industry-ready.
