I am an experience CIMSPA certified holistic personal trainer with an university PE degree and several functionl training and nutrition diplomas.
My goal is to make as many people as I can aware that their body were designed to move and, that their health begins in their mouth - we are what we eat and when we eat!

The 7even movements training program is based on the seven fundamental human movements that are essential for daily life and athletic performance: locomotion, hinge, squat, push, pull, rotate, and anti-rotate.
