About Barry
I am a licensed CPA (in Virginia) and have been licensed for over 20 years. I own and operate a CPA firm specializing in small businesses. I hold a master’s degree in Accounting (concentration in Taxation). I have taught college-level accounting and taxation classes, and I have tutored college students in financial and managerial accounting and corporate finance since 2008. Finally, I have prepared educational seminar materials and reviewed knowledge-testing materials in these fields.

I tutor undergraduate and graduate college students in accounting and corporate finance. I tutor my students using their homework or other study materials. I use Excel extensively in my courses; several of my students have commented that my tutoring has improved their accounting or finance expertise as well as their Excel abilities.

Details
All lessons requiring travel will be billed at a minimum of 1 hour. The student will be charged a 15 minute (if tutored by webcam) or 1 hour (if I travel to tutor them) fee if they do not provide at least 2 hours advance notice of cancellation.
