About Aitor
I am a Crossfit trainer in various centers in Barcelona. I have extensive experience in fitness, I have studied the degree of sports activities, I have obtained the title of level 2 coach with a degree in programming and planning, and on the other hand I am a competitor in Crossfit. Whatever the objective, write me without problem and go for it! ;)

I have worked in various fields of fitness (gyms, boxing centers, CF boxes ...) and after studying and experiencing it all I have come to the conclusion that the fastest and most efficient way is functional training, so using gymnastics (exercise with body weight), weightlifting (lifting loads) and the cardiovascular area (running, rowing, cycling, swimming ...) we can achieve the goal that is as fast and efficient as possible.
