My teaching technic follows these steps: respect—influence—guide—change. I respect every students’ thought. I listen to them, communicate with them, then I get to know them. Later, I know how to influence them, how to guide them. Eventually, changes happen. Them improve. At the same time, having regular conversation with students parents is also necessary.
