About Cecilia
My name is Cecilia Ledesma and I am Gastronomica for 15 years, I love the profession and I started my studies in several Institutes of Federal Capital, Buenos Aires. First I received Pastelera at the ISEGH in 2014 and from there I continued my studies related to mass elaboration. In 2016, I began my professional career in Pasta and Sauces I at the APPYCE School of Entreprenadiers and Pizzeros. I am currently studying Pastas y salsas II. Thanks to the training, today I have my personal endeavor called La Pasta Noble, where I make fresh pasta daily.

My teaching method is face-to-face, since we will see textures, aromas, flavors in relation to masses, fillings, and sauces.This course has two levels of teaching, since it is not necessary to have previous knowledge because the bases of pasta will be dictated a very explicit and recipes included. This course is aimed at anyone who likes to cook, or have a desire to learn something new to surprise the family. The objective of the meeting is for each student to learn the basic techniques so that they can carry it out at home. It is also extremely important that they practice to achieve progress in the skill and completion of pasta, they are free non-correlative classes, where each class is taught to make the virgin mass.
