About José María
I am a Mechanical Engineer graduated from IPN and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I am currently engaged in product design at Ford Motor Company, specializing in Automotive Design. Where I implement the tools of modeling, analysis (simulation) and optimization of components. I am certified in CSWA Solidworks Mechanical Design and a Diploma in Mechanical Design. In my academic career I focused on Biomechanics where biomodels of the human body are made and prosthetics, implants and orthoses are implemented.

I like to teach depending on the abilities that I see in the student. My teaching method is dynamic and flexible for all types of people. In 3D design I focus on the good use of tools and later on the method of making the design to increase speed with practice. I like to implement plans and exercises in 2D and 3D in order to speed up and reaffirm knowledge. Syllabus (Can be customized) 1. Design and 2D and 3D modeling (creation of parts) 1.1 The management of the life cycle of the product in the industry (PLM) 1.2 Work environment CATIA v5 1.3 Design of parts and interpretation of drawings 1.4 Generation sketches and plans 1.5 Basic-Intermediate 3D modeling 1.6 Basic surface modeling 2. Generation of assemblies, products and kinematics 2.1 Assemblies by geometric constraints 2.2 Assemblies by products (mostly used in industry) 2.3 Document saving manager 2.4 Generation of movements (prismatic, cylindrical, dependent and independent)

Es muy paciente explicando, además de que tiene un buen manejo del software.
Amplios ejemplos para realizar de diseño mecánico, resuelve pasientemente las dudas que tengas. Excelente profesor.
José es una persona apasionado en su trabajo, tiene una buena metodología para transmitir claramente sus conocimientos, es paciente y tiene manejo amplio de las herramientas de Diseño.
