What I do:
I support you in a path of inner growth, helping you to contact your positive resources, developing Self-Consciousness; work on psychosomatic blocks, accompanying the person in the transformation of psychophysical tensions, allowing them to return to enjoy the pleasure of living in the body, here-and-now. The path is mainly based on the transmission of effective techniques for the psychophysical self-balance and the strengthening of mental faculties (presence, equanimity, resilience, stress management, opening of the body's energy channels).
Counseling is an aid to self-help, which leads the person to find his solutions to the problems he encounters, existential hardships, goals, desires for growth. It is a path focused on individual growth that does not involve deep personality restructuring: if you need to solve serious psychological discomfort I suggest you turn to a specialized figure like a Psychotherapist or a Psychologist.

Benefits: The person at the end of the path Counseling will have acquired the techniques and the skills to face the problems that hinder its realization and its happiness and that often manifest themselves in relational conflicts, at work, existential crises or psychosomatic disorders.
Other: I lead groups of Mindfulness, Active Meditations, psychophysical wellbeing and I am Operator of the Progetto Gaia: education to Self-awareness and consciousness of the Planet, for children and adults, a course sponsored by UNESCO-Ficlu and approved and financed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with particular attention to disadvantaged individuals.
WHERE do I work? in Bologna at my studio, at our association SpazioVega Holistic Center and other Associations or centers, but I am also available to move on request.
Who I am and what did i went through?
My name is Bruno, I started practicing meditation at 19, as an answer to my existential questions. I am also interested in Psychotherapy, Neuroscience and Spirituality. My interest in the work on myself and the therapy led me to deepen also: Transformative alchemy, Fourth Way of Gurdjieff, Anthroposophy, Advaita Vedanta, Zen, Buddhism, Physical and meditative Yoga, Sufism and energy treatments
I have lived many years in natural contexts, such as ecovillages, approaching the inner and outer natural cycles and thus discovering meditation and holistic communities.
I believe that the best antidote to malaise, unsatisfaction and stress is self-knowledge and openness of the heart.
Notes: I organize introductory lectures on Meditation, Mindfulness, Psychosomatics and Gaia Project.
