About Anu
Before anything, I am a Classical Yoga practitioner which has given me numerous insights to understand human mind to its depths. To enhance this natural understanding, I have studied Masters in Psychology, NLP and Cognitive Hypnotic Coaching techniques.
My endeavor is to help people who struggle with little things in life (Which I was once upon a time). To share my insights I have written the book - 'Push Start to Auto Start- Drive your life with Ease', started taking 1-2-1 sessions and teaching Classical Yoga, which is purest form of yoga coming from the lineage of Agastya Muni.

I take 1-2-1 Counseling and coaching Sessions for adults which help them to know themselves better. With clarity and new insights, I empower them to deal with their problems in life and move towards living a fulfilled life. My book 'Push Start to Auto Start -Drive your life with Ease' is elaboration of this concept. (Available on Amazon/Flipkart)
I use structured methods of psychology using eclectic approach so you get best of all approaches. I also use hypnosis and NLP as part of eclectic approach in addition to psychology based approaches.
