About Himaswetha
I am a corporate and M&A lawyer at a tier 1 law firm in Bangalore, with more than 1.5 years of experience in transactions. I have experience of being a research assistant for over 2 years and they include professors who are at Queen Mary University of London and the Australian National University. I have been teaching offline to law students from past 4 years with a specialisation in corporate, contract and employment laws.
I will distinctively focus on CLAT (Common Law Entrance Test) training. I am committed to helping students narrow down a focus within the field of law. I am adept at preparing versatile lesson plans that highlight the fundamental principles and concepts of law.

Classes are highly recommended for high school and college students. I will be following the standards set by the BCI in the curriculum of law schools. The area of focus will be contracts, torts, company law, international law, labour law, etc.
I will be using PowerPoint presentations, and previous year's question papers for explanations. Post every discussion, there will be standardized quizzes based on the topic with doubt sessions.
