My self Vivek Lot. I am from Mumbai. And i am teaching yoga more then 6 years. I did many certification courses. And i would like to share my knowledge to all over the world because everyone have right to be healthy and happy lifestyle. Yoga is not only a physical practice it's kind of lifestyle.
