About Julien

About Chef Julien:
I have been working as chef at a high level for the past 20 years.
My career has taken me around the world, I have worked from running high end restaurants in Australia (Three blue ducks, Voyager estate...) to have cooked for Celebrities in the US.
More recently I opened Vive cooking school in Sydney and William's Sonoma cooking school where i taught thousands of classes to both adults and children.
I am very exited about ingredients, sustainable cooking and health through food and I want to share my passion through my classes.
