About Adam
I am a graduate of Sheffield Hallam's renowned nutrition department, the degree has a solid knowledge base of food composition and preparation as well as the effects it can have on a whole host of ailments.
I am also a graduate of Coventry College Culinary school, with a well rounded course on everything from cordin bleu to curry. I was taught to be able to enter Michelin Star kitchens with fish, butchery and pastry training.
And i have worked with people of all backgrounds and skill levels in my job as kitchen lead for a food equality and sustainability not for profit organisation. Helping people with little to no experience gain confidence and passion for food and bursting open another avenue for creative expression.

I adopt a holistic learning scheme, which is adaptable to what YOU want to learn and how best you think you can learn. In person or remote.
Or if you prefer you can take one of my exclusive 10 week courses, which will start at Knife skills and encompass butchery, fish, allergy and dietary preference cooking as well pastry and presentation.
A lesson can be as long or as short as you need but preferably at least an hour.
