I’m Hamidat, a passionate home cook with extensive experience in preparing Nigerian and African dishes. I love sharing my knowledge of local cuisine with people from all over the world and helping them cook with confidence.
I enjoy teaching in a friendly, patient, and interactive way, guiding students step by step so they can recreate traditional dishes at home. My classes are suitable for beginners and food lovers alike, and I bring both skill and culture to every lesson.

Welcome to my online Nigerian cooking class!
In these live lessons, I will teach you how to prepare Nigerian dishes such as Jollof rice, Egusi soup, Ogbono soup, Fried rice, Stews, and more. You will learn step by step, with clear explanations of ingredients, and cultural tips to cook confidently at home.
Classes are interactive and live via Zoom, so you can cook along with me in real time. Whether you are a complete beginner or just want to explore African cuisine, these lessons are fun, practical, and easy to follow.
By the end of each session, you will be able to make delicious Nigerian dishes, understand their cultural background, and impress your friends or family with your new cooking skills!
