About Hridey
I struggled with dyslexia and dyspraxia growing up, which made communication and social situations more challenging than they seemed for others. Over time, this led to social anxiety and a feeling of not being a “natural” conversationalist. Because of that, I couldn’t rely on instinct or confidence alone. I had to learn conversing by breaking conversations down into structures, patterns, and practical techniques. Through years of real-world interactions and experiences, I gradually became a confident and effective conversationalist. Today, my goal is to help people who feel stuck in a similar place. I work especially well with students who overthink, freeze, or feel awkward in conversations, and with those who have tried before but felt traditional advice didn’t help.

I teach conversation as a learnable skill, starting from the basics such as breathing and visualization, and gradually building toward more advanced techniques. These tools help you stay calm, think more clearly, engage in conversations with greater ease and confidence. I believe each student faces a unique set of challenges, which is why my approach is always personalized. Rather than using one-size-fits-all advice, I adapt each lesson to address your specific difficulties and goals. This class is best suited for adults and young adults who struggle with everyday conversations, experience social anxiety, or feel unsure of themselves in social situations.
