About John Frazer
As a tutor, I strive to provide a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing with confidence. I understand that every learner has different strengths and challenges, so I tailor my teaching approach to match each student's needs and pace.
During the pandemic, I gained valuable teaching experience by helping students, kids - both high schools and elementary particularly, - complete their modular lessons. This experience strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to explain concepts in a clear and understandable way. Since then, I have continued to build my expertise through my academic achievements and by pursuing a BS Chemistry degree at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
I am committed to being professional, punctual, and well-prepared for every session. Whether the goal is improving grades, preparing for exams, or building a stronger foundation in science and mathematics, I will do my best to ensure that each lesson is productive, engaging, and worthwhile. My priority is not only to help students succeed academically but also to foster confidence and a genuine understanding of the subjects they are learning.

I am a dedicated and patient tutor with a strong academic background and a proven record of excellence in science and mathematics. As a consistent honor student and a BS Chemistry student at the University of the Philippines Diliman, I combine strong subject knowledge with a genuine passion for helping others learn.
My achievements include placing 1st in the General Science Quest at the 2022 National Science Quest, being a consistent competitor and awardee in local Science and Mathematics Quiz Bees, qualifying for the STEMazing Regional Competition (Quezon Province, 2023), and becoming a finalist in the Statistics Month Statistics Quiz Bee (Lucena, 2023). These experiences have strengthened not only my mastery of STEM subjects but also my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
I believe that every student can excel with the right guidance. My goal is to simplify challenging concepts, adapt my teaching to each student's learning style, and help build both academic competence and confidence.
