About Mustafa
I am a professional cellist from İzmir, Turkey, with more than 25 years of experience playing the cello. I began my musical education at the age of 11 and earned both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Cello Performance from Turkish State Conservatories.
Throughout my career, I have studied with distinguished professors and participated in masterclasses with internationally recognized cellists. I have performed as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player with various ensembles, including the İzmir State Symphony Orchestra, Antalya State Symphony Orchestra, Odeon Chamber Orchestra, Olten Philharmonic Orchestra, and the National Youth Symphony Orchestra.
My master's research focused on the effects of psychologically rooted trauma on instrumental performance, giving me a deeper understanding of the mental and emotional aspects of music-making.
In addition to Western classical music, I also have knowledge of Arabic music traditions. Today, I combine my performance experience and pedagogical knowledge to help students of all ages and levels achieve their musical goals.

I provide high-level cello instruction based on over 25 years of playing experience, conservatory training, orchestral performance, chamber music, and extensive teaching practice.
Lessons are individually designed according to each student's objectives, whether learning for enjoyment, preparing for examinations, improving technique, developing musicality, or pursuing professional studies. Students receive clear guidance on posture, bow technique, left-hand development, tone production, interpretation, and efficient practice methods.
I teach all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced cellists and conservatory candidates. My goal is to help every student achieve steady progress while developing a lasting appreciation for music and the cello.
