Life coaching is a journey that we take together, and where you are the main character. It's a journey of self-development, personal growth and improvement. I am there to support you every step of the way, to show you the perspectives you may have missed, to celebrate your wins and to help you learn from your mistakes.
Our sessions are conversations, where you'll set the agenda and the objectives you want to work on, and I'll create a space for your thinking to flow towards achieving the results you want. I'll ask questions meant to help you see the issue from different perspectives, so you can have a better understanding of the situation and make more informed decisions.
Occasionally we may use different exercises/activities/techniques to help you work through a specific issue that you are stuck with. The purpose of life coaching is to help you become more self-aware, equip you with a better understanding of yourself, and get you the results you're looking for.
