About Hammad

Mathematics has always been, for me, less a subject to study and more a language to decode the world.I am a Mathematics graduate from Government College University (GCU) Lahore — an institution with over 150 years of academic excellence and one of the most competitive mathematics programmes in Pakistan. Alongside my degree, I am completing a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) at Allama Iqbal Open University, which has given me not only subject expertise but a structured, research-backed understanding of how people learn at different ages and stages.I have been teaching Mathematics privately for over five years, working with students across a wide range of levels — from Matric and F.Sc to O-Level, A-Level, and undergraduate university courses. That range has taught me something important: the same concept often needs to be explained four different ways before it truly lands. I have developed the patience, the toolkit, and the experience to find the explanation that works for you specifically.

What Sets My Teaching Apart
I belong to a generation of educators who are deeply dissatisfied with how mathematics is traditionally taught in Pakistan — as a collection of procedures to memorize rather than ideas to understand. Every lesson I design is built around conceptual clarity first. I want my students to be able to derive a result, not just recall it; to understand a method, not just execute it.
This philosophy is not idealistic — it is practical. Students who understand why consistently outperform students who only know how, especially under exam pressure when problems appear in unfamiliar forms.

Professionalism You Can Count On
I take punctuality, preparation, and consistency seriously. Every student I work with receives a structured learning experience — sessions are planned, progress is monitored, and I adapt my approach based on honest, regular feedback. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Your level, your goals, and your gaps shape every session we have together.
My students have successfully cleared Matric and F.Sc board exams, O-Level and A-Level Cambridge examinations, and university-level courses in Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistics, and Real Analysis. Entry test preparation — including MDCAT, ECAT, and NTS — is also an area where I have guided students to results they did not initially believe were within their reach.

A Final Word
If you are a student who has been told — or who has come to believe — that you are simply "not a maths person," I want you to know that in five years of teaching, I have yet to meet a student whose difficulties could not be traced back to a gap in foundational understanding rather than a lack of ability. That gap is fixable. That is precisely what I am here for.
I look forward to working with you.

My approach is simple: I don't teach you formulas — I teach you why they exist.
Most students struggle with Mathematics not because they lack ability, but because they were never shown the real meaning behind the symbols. A derivative isn't just a rule to memorize — it's the story of how fast something is changing. An integral isn't a trick — it's the accumulation of infinitely small pieces of reality. Once you see that, mathematics stops being scary and starts making sense.

How I Teach
Every session begins by building intuition first. Before any formula is introduced, we explore what the concept actually means — using real-world situations, visual reasoning, and analogies drawn from physics, engineering, and everyday life. Only then do we work through the mechanics together.
I use a Socratic approach: I ask questions rather than simply deliver answers, so you develop the ability to think through problems independently — not just in my sessions, but in your exams and beyond.

What a Typical Session Looks Like
Sessions are usually 60 to 90 minutes long. The first 10–15 minutes are spent reviewing what clicked and what didn't from last time. The bulk of the session is concept-building and problem-solving together. We close with a short set of practice questions so you leave with something concrete to work on.

My Background
I hold a Mathematics degree from Government College University (GCU) Lahore — one of Pakistan's most respected institutions for science and mathematics. I have over five years of teaching experience across multiple levels and curricula, including Matric, F.Sc, O-Level, A-Level, and undergraduate university courses. I am also completing a B.Ed, which has deepened my understanding of how people learn and how to adapt my teaching to different kinds of minds.

Who These Lessons Are For
My lessons are designed for students who want to actually understand mathematics, not just pass an exam by memorizing procedures — though understanding it deeply tends to produce much better exam results anyway.
I regularly work with:

Matric and F.Sc students (Punjab and Federal Board)
O-Level and A-Level students
University students struggling with Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistics, or Real Analysis
Students preparing for entry tests (MDCAT, ECAT, NTS)

If you have been told you are "bad at maths," I'd gently challenge that. In most cases, you were simply never shown what mathematics is really about. That's exactly what we fix together.

All lessons are conducted online with full flexibility around your schedule.
