The exercises that I propose are based on various practices: cross-fit, Pilates, TRX, functional fitness. This still offering you a balanced work muscle chains. Alone (e) or more, athletic beginner or seasoned athlete, my innovative work methods will guarantee you the results you are looking for.

Rates vary depending on the number of sessions, place of residence, duration (30 minutes or 1 hour), number of people sitting in hollow or solid hour.
