About Mara
My name is Mara, I live in Puebla, México and have a degree in Digital Arts, specialized in Graphic and Visual Arts.
I have worked in many projects, from editorial illustration to art for videogames and animation. I also have experience in marketing and advertising. I have also showcased my artwork in several galleries and art fairs in my current city of residence as well as in Mexico City.
Currently I am in the process of getting a degree in Art History, as well as experience in mural painting.

As a teacher, I encourage my students to find their own voice in art and develop their full creative potential. My method consists in teaching the basics of creative drawing, using both traditional and digital tools. Since each student is unique, I focus on designing personalized lesson plans according to their different interests and needs, so we can together work towards a specific goal.

No puedo dejar de recomendar a Mara ya que sus clases son magníficas. Es una hermosa persona que sabe cómo dar una clase de historia del arte. Su conocimiento es extenso y la manera de explicar resulta muy agradable. Pude encontrar en ella conocimientos que no me imaginaba se podrían aplicar a la materia.
La paciencia que tiene con sus alumnos y el amor por lo que hace, se contagia. Mis hijos están felices de tomar cursos con ella
Mara es bastante responsable, creativa y paciente, y puedo decir, de primera mano, que es una persona que se dedica especialmente a escuchar a los demás y de encontrar la mejor forma para esa persona, de explicar algo, es muy curiosa y siempre anda investigando algún tema que le llame la atención y no se queda con la primera impresión o los primeros datos que se encuentre Además de buscar la forma de aterrizar esa información y desmenuzarla para su fácil aprendizaje. Además de que domina muy bien el idioma inglés
