About Maheen
Hello! I am a BSc (Hons) Computing graduate with a passion for technology and helping others learn. With two years of teaching experience, I enjoy explaining computer-related topics in a simple, clear, and practical way so that students can build their knowledge and confidence step by step.
I believe every student learns differently, so I aim to create a friendly, patient, and supportive learning environment where questions are always welcome. I focus on understanding each student's needs and adapting my explanations to their learning pace.
My academic background and teaching experience have helped me develop a strong understanding of Computer Science, ICT, software applications, and fundamental computing concepts. I can help beginners and school students strengthen their computer skills, understand challenging topics, and prepare for assessments.
Whether you are learning computer skills for the first time or need extra support with your studies, I aim to make learning clear, comfortable, and enjoyable. My goal is to help every student become more confident, independent, and capable with technology.

My lessons are delivered online in a clear, structured, and supportive way. I adapt each session to the student's learning needs, whether they need help understanding basic concepts, completing homework, preparing for exams, or improving their computer skills.
I can help students with:
-Computer Science: Basic programming concepts and introductory coding.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- ICT: Data representation, computer systems, and information technology fundamentals.
- Software: Understanding essential applications and developing practical digital skills.
- Exam Preparation: Revision, practice questions, and step-by-step explanations.
My teaching approach focuses on breaking down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps. I encourage students to ask questions, practise independently, and learn at a comfortable pace. I also provide constructive feedback to help them identify areas for improvement and build confidence.
As a BSc (Hons) Computing graduate, I bring academic knowledge and a practical understanding of computing concepts to my lessons. My classes are particularly suitable for school students and beginners who want to strengthen their foundations.
Lessons typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on the student's needs. I aim to make every session engaging, productive, and tailored to the student's goals.
