About Richa
Having Management Skills and Sound technical knowledge is my forte. I have worked as an HR and training professional for the past 13 years. I have worked in different environments and different sectors. Handled a workforce of 250 persons with different perceptions. I am a creative person with leadership skills. My mantra in life is "Keep going" I’m an optimistic person with a get-it-done attitude.
My source of happiness is indulging in creative activities. I am an artist and juggle writing poetry, do paintings, create handicrafts. I have my own youtube channel "Pentoosh Artirafts" on which you can listen to my Ghazals. I also make handmade earrings and sell them via my Instagram page "Pentoosh Artirafts". I also wrote a poetry book which is published on kindle.

I like teaching in a fun way so that students cant get bored. Until my students get clarity on one topic I don't move to the other one.
Practical teaching methods are best for computer teaching with help of some graphical theory format.
