About Nectaria
Hi! My name is Maria, and I am a Computer Science student at the University of Westminster in London. I am passionate about programming, technology and helping others learn in a friendly, supportive environment. Alongside my studies, I am completing a professional placement, where I have had the opportunity to work with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. I believe learning should be practical, engaging and adapted to each student's pace. Whether you're preparing for exams, starting programming from scratch or looking to improve your skills in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or Maths, I'll be happy to guide you step by step and help you build confidence while learning.

Hello! My name is Maria, and I am currently studying Computer Science at the University of Westminster in London. I am passionate about technology and enjoy helping others understand programming and mathematics in a simple, practical and enjoyable way.
My lessons are designed for beginners, GCSE/A-Level students, university students who need support with programming, or anyone who wants to start learning Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL from scratch. I also offer Maths support for school students.
I believe that everyone learns differently, so I always adapt my teaching style to each student's level and goals. I explain concepts step by step, using real-life examples and practical exercises rather than just theory. My goal is not only to help you solve today's problems, but also to build your confidence so you can solve similar challenges independently.
Alongside my university studies, I am completing a professional placement where I have the opportunity to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds. This experience has strengthened my communication skills, patience and ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different types of learners.
Lessons are friendly, interactive and tailored to your pace. Whether you are preparing for exams, completing coursework or simply want to learn a new skill, I will be happy to support you throughout your learning journey.
