About Zarmeen
I hold a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Computer Science, and I am currently working as a Visiting Lecturer (BPS-18) at the University of the Punjab. My academic research background includes Natural Language Processing and Machine Translation, particularly English-to-Urdu translation using transformer-based models.
I have experience with academic research, research writing, and evaluating machine learning models. I am passionate about helping undergraduate students understand research concepts, develop structured projects, and improve their technical and academic skills. My goal is to provide clear, constructive guidance while helping students take ownership of their own research and project development.

I provide online mentoring to BSCS and BSIT students working on their Final Year Projects (FYPs) and undergraduate research. My guidance covers project selection, problem identification, research proposal development, literature review, methodology, system design, implementation planning, evaluation, and final report preparation.
I can help students explore project ideas in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), software development, and other Computer Science domains. I also provide guidance on dataset selection, model evaluation, research organization, academic writing, presentation preparation, and viva voce practice.
My mentoring approach is structured and student-focused. I explain each stage step by step, review your progress, help identify weaknesses, and suggest practical improvements. Whether you are choosing a project topic, developing a research proposal, implementing a system, or preparing your final thesis and presentation, I aim to help you work confidently and independently.
